Power BI Template
This document explains how to install the Power BI App „Inventory 365 / Lagerwert 365 PowerBI Template“ and which data is used. This App is for financial accountans, who want to have support Main and subsidiary ledger reconciliation.
This app is using the following tables as data:
InventoryGLReconciliationEntries
InventoryGLReconciliationEntries GL
These have been aggregated into a table called StockValueManager.
This app has several pages that can be used:
Overview, Purchase, Location, Income Statement by G/L Account, Balance
Sheet by G/L Account, Balance Sheet by Inventory Posting Group,
Difference by Inventory Posting Group, Balance Sheet by Gen. Product
Posting Group, Balance Sheet by Period, Cost per Unit – Item, Total by
Inventory Posting Group, Capacity Overhead Variance, Capacity Variance,
Material Variance, Mfg Overhead Variance, Purchase Variance,
Subcontracted Variance
On the overview page you have Warning Visuals which are connected to a detailsite for each .
Installation

First you have to connect your data tot he template. Fort hat click on „Connect your Data“

Now a window should open where you have to set the parameters needed to connect to Business Central that are:
ENVIRONMENT: The name of the environment.
COMPANY: The name of the entity used when the company was created.
Log in Microsoft Account

The last step is to log in with your microsoft account. Now your data will be loaded into the template.
General Structure and Filter Functions
On all pages you can filter on Product Posting Group, Inventory Posting
Group, Item, Location, Posting Date and all dimensions.
The first two pages provide information on the performance of the
warehouse, while the second section contains various presentations of
the income statement and balance sheet. The last part contains more
detailed information for the production area regarding capacities.
